Conflicts are tough and they come at us everyday. Some of us duck and cover, others of us dive head first. No matter your temperament, let me help you to better manage conflict in a productive and loving way.
Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up and you aren't able to make your appointment time. However, it's important to ensure other clients are able to have their needs met that we have a strict policy regarding missing an appointment. Everyone will get one free "pass" and I won't charge you for a missed appointment. After that, I will charge the full fee for the appointment that was missed. If a client is more than 5 minutes late or more consistently I will have to reevaluate with that client how I can better serve their schedule.
